David Baird has practiced law for over 40 years focussing primarily in the areas of personal injury as Plaintiff’s counsel, general civil litigation, family law, real estate, wills, estates and trusts and corporate and commercial matters. David has been a long serving executive member of the Newfoundland Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and served as Branch President for two years. He has also been a member of the National Executive of the Canadian Bar Association. He attended law school at the University of British Columbia, was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 1973 and appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2004.
