Brett M. K. Ludlow is an associate lawyer with Benson Buffett and maintains a varied legal practice focusing primarily on real estate, personal injury, family law, civil litigation, and wills and estates. In addition to his knowledge and experience, Brett is also known for his diligent no-nonsense approach when representing his clients and strives to resolve matters in a timely manner.
Brett has experience and maintains a constant presence in the Newfoundland and Labrador Courts. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, (Trial Division and Family Division), and the Provincial Court of Newfoundland (Criminal Division, Small Claims Division, and Family Violence Intervention Court).
Brett received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Brunswick and is a graduate of the Saskatchewan College of Law in 2008. Brett was admitted to both the Saskatchewan Bar and Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2009.
Brett has volunteered with fundraising efforts of numerous community organizations, including the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation, animal welfare organizations, and Mount Pearl Minor Hockey. He is passionate about giving back to his community through volunteering and fundraising.
Outside the office, Brett’s interests include golfing, alpine skiing, playing hockey, and hiking with his two rescue dogs.
