Frank Fowler has over 40 years legal experience devoted mainly to counselling private clients in business and estate matters. He has extensive experience in real estate development, financing and construction and is a leading practitioner locally in condominium development. He regularly represents his clients business and personal interests in the Newfoundland Supreme Court and before various administrative agencies in real property and estate matters.
Frank is a Past President of the Law Society of Newfoundland (1981-82) and Past Honourary Secretary of the Society (1977-1981). He has chaired the St. John’s Zoning Appeal Board and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of St. John’s Northwest. He attended Dalhousie Law School, was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 1967 and appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1980.
