Felicia Tupper is an Associate Lawyer with the firm. Her preferred areas of practice are labour and employment law, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates.
Felicia has a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) from Memorial University (2012) which has made for a natural transition into practicing corporate and commercial law. Felicia uses her business acumen and keen nature to structure contracts, transactions, and arrangements that aim to protect clients and provide them with the ability to prosper in their commercial endeavours.
Prior to pursuing a legal career, Felicia worked in Human Resources and Labour Relations in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces. Felicia understands the complexities of the employment relationship and uses her experience to provide clients with solutions that aim to create and maintain harmonious work environments.
Felicia is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, as well as a volunteer with various organizations around St. John’s. Outside of the office, Felicia plays ultimate frisbee and soccer, and she is currently learning American Sign Language.
Felicia is a graduate of University of New Brunswick’s Faculty of Law and was admitted to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2017.
